The engine is … Web23 dec. 2009 · The flywheel is a lot thicker then the flexplate you are removing. I use blue, TQ to spec and cross as I am tighting up (like a car wheel). I'll also set my torque low and hit all the bolts before I set it to spec TQ, kind of like doing head bolts. If you do have flexplate still I would replace the bolts that hold on the clutch assembly.
