For all the high-horse people saying this is common knowledge, you're objectively wrong, and here's a mere 3 reasons why.

If you see 1600 MHz, then it's at 3200 MHz (because memory is double data rate). If you see 1066.5 MHz, then it's 2133 MHz. Note: the memory frequency displayed by CPU-Z might vary slightly. All ddr4 will run at 2133 or 2400 until you change it in the bios. Enter the bios and enable the dram profile in the setting for DOCP or XMP.
