WebI have very simple data source that has two columns to pivot on. I go to the grid and select the two fields. When I click on the down arrow I do not see Pivot in the list! All I see is: Rename Reset Name Copy Values Hide Create Calculated Field... The fields are numeric and one of the fields has nulls rather than zero.
